Intro

Welcome to Tess Rose's Therapy Practice, located in the majestic scenery of Colorado. I am Tess Rose, LCSW. It's a pleasure to have you here, and I eagerly anticipate our journey of connection and self-discovery. Are you desiring a better understanding and greater care for your personal wellbeing but in need of a little additional guidance? Are you desperately hoping to heal from deep-seated pain, reclaim your identity and discover an inspirational life reserved just for you? Distress can cast a cloud over your sense of self, forcing you into survival mode and leaving you feeling detached, robotic, or even out of control. It could be personal struggles or larger, global concerns causing your anxiety. Whatever form your distress takes, I am here to help you unravel its complexities and equip you with the resources to mitigate its overpowering influence.

Our exploration into what it means to be human and finding your wholeness and power will take place in an enriching therapeutic partnership. My intent as your therapist is to fathom your unique experience and fund your inward journey towards self-awareness. Subsequently, you'll cultivate the ability to extend your energies outward, resonate with, and embody the world around you in an empowering way. At its heart, therapy is a relational experience guided by connection and curiosity, both of which serve as pillars in my practice. Humanity is enriched through connections, and I would be deeply honored to partake in this shared experience of being human, guiding you along your path towards clarity and contentment. We also have the right to explore what our individual experiences mean to us and our communities, so don't be afraid to share your stories and discuss the unique obstacles you face.
