Intro

Welcome to the therapeutic practice of Nikki Fall, a dedicated and highly trained LCSW, Psychoanalyst, and EMDR Therapist based in Stamford, Connecticut. Her belief is simple - there's no one-size-fits-all for mental health treatment. Nikki commits to continuous training across numerous modalities, allowing her to adapt and provide personalized care dependent on the unique needs of her clients. Nikki's therapeutic approach is comprehensive, extending from recognition of behavioural and somatic symptoms, to the enhancement of positive cognitive networks and ego strengths. Alongside conventional dialogue-based therapy, she offers versions of EMDR, harm reduction techniques, understanding parts/object relations, and neuroscience. Underneath it all, she uses polyvagal exercises and affect regulation techniques to help clients ground themselves, creating a comfortable window of tolerance for processing.

In partnership with her clients, Nikki Fall facilitates explorations into their inner worlds, pioneering individual growth and healing. She creates a bridge between trauma-informed techniques, somatic practices, psychoanalysis, and psychedelics, developing a holistic understanding that connects her clients more deeply to themselves and others. Additionally, Nikki uses EMDR to help desensitize contemporary stressors, address past traumatic experiences including developmental trauma and PTSD, and assist in formulating future goals. She provides Ketamine-assisted therapy in individual, group, and retreat settings. Likewise, she offers psychedelic harm reduction and integration therapy, creating a safe space for clients interested in exploring these innovative treatment methods. Ultimately, Nikki's practice represents a safe haven, promoting trust, support, and a nurturing partnership for her clients' mental health journey.
