Intro

Lighthouse Infusions & Seattle Ketamine, located in Kenmore, Washington, is recognized as a sanctuary for individuals dealing with persistent pain and mood disorders. At Lighthouse Infusions, ketamine infusion therapy is offered as a novel approach to bolster recovery for patients which traditional treatments have failed to aid. This holistic health center, led by certified registered nurse anesthesiologist Liana Ren and her husband Eli, specializes in managing a range of conditions including depression, major anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, migraines, and complex regional pain syndrome. The couple's venture into ketamine therapy began in 2006, following emerging research supporting ketamine as an effective treatment route for resistant disorders. Motivated to help people reclaim their health sovereignty, they established Lighthouse Infusions & Seattle Ketamine.

At Lighthouse Infusions, the focus is on ensuring patient comfort and relaxation during the infusions. Patients find a private, serene, and spa-like room set up complete with a cozy recliner, diffused lighting, and an array of amenities, such as eye masks, earplugs, a white-noise machine. If preferred, arrangements can be made for a friend or family member to provide company during the infusion. The experienced anesthesia providers at the clinic ensure each patient has a positive experience by handling any unpleasant side effects using a variety of medications. A typical treatment session would involve a pre-infusion discussion about the patient's overall well-being, analyzing the impact of the previous infusion, and understanding any changes desired by the patient to improve their experience. Treatment usually lasts 40 minutes, followed by a 30-minute relaxation period before being ready to leave the clinic. It is recommended to have someone available for a drive home post-treatment, allowing the patient to focus on rest and recovery.
