Welcome to the practice of Lee Nadeau, located in the serene and beautiful Oregon. This is a space where you’re encouraged to arrive exactly as you are – this is your journey, and you will be met at every step of the way. Lee's approach is compassion-filled, genuine, and thoughtful, geared towards helping you connect deeply with yourself and your individual truths. This connection crafted can help you steer life's inevitable highs and lows with increased courage and grace. The practice recognizes that experiences of emotional wounds, trauma, loss, and devastating relationships can lead to overwhelming feelings and prolonged anxiety that seem eternal, causing detachment and stagnation. Through psychotherapy, we enable you to face your reality, which promotes growth and healing beneficial to all your relationships, significantly the one you hold with yourself.
Lee invites you to explore yourself: body, heart, psyche, and spirit, within the collaborative relationship created in therapy. This exploration helps you understand who you are and who you are becoming, unearthing personal thresholds and shedding layers to reveal a greater sense of personal honesty and overall well-being. The mission of this practice is not to provide you answers but to guide you, making you aware of the breadth of possibilities within your heart and life. Lee specializes in ketamine and cannabis-assisted psychotherapy, and works with adults, young adults, adolescents, teachers, and helping professionals. The practice also integrates wilderness and psychedelic experiences. With a background in teaching high school English and Algebra Special Education, Lee brings a wide spectrum of understanding to his therapeutic practice. His therapeutic orientation is relational, somatic, and nature-based, building on a Master's Degree from Naropa University in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Wilderness Therapy. When not in the practice, Lee spends his personal time outdoors, practicing yoga, learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, being around live music, and spending time with his puppy, Lou.
