The essence of these sessions lies in the personal inward journey, where patients learn to trust their innate healing abilities. These experiences are accompanied by music, with periodic check-ins from clinicians to remind patients of their set intentions and facilitate sharing. After the peak journey that lasts between 30 minutes to an hour and a half, patients gently transition back to their normal state of consciousness, albeit with residual impacts of the medication like dizziness or dream-like sensations.
