Intro

Welcome to Chuck Hancock's practice located in the heart of Colorado. Here, we specialize in experiential and somatic psychotherapy as well as incorporating the Hakomi mindfulness-based approach for individuals, adolescents, groups, and relationships. Our philosophy is simple; we believe there's inherently nothing "wrong" with any of us. However, we recognize that we all face challenges that stifle our full potential. Our role is to facilitate depth-oriented mind-body counseling, coaching, and psychotherapy to navigate through life and career concerns. We'll help you cultivate self-discovery and empowerment, enabling you to build healthier relationships with yourself and the world around you.

Our approach to therapy is broad and all-encompassing. We cater to adults, couples, and families, from adolescence to elderhood, ensuring everyone feels seen and understood. In recognition of the fact that nobody exists outside of relationships, we provide experiential groups and workshops to improve relationship dynamics in real-time. Our team of experienced therapists is adept in handling labels or roadblocks that may be inhibiting your growth—labels like stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and fulfilling self-esteem, among many. But labels don't define you; they are just reflections of normal life experiences that can constrain you from expressing your full self. We specialize in helping clients break free from these labels and roadblocks, enabling them to discover and embrace their true selves through our mindfulness-based, experiential, and compassionate therapy.
