Her mission is to guide you on an introspective journey, leading to healing, intuitive connections, self-discovery, and transformation into your highest self. Bethany has extensive experience with Internal Family Systems (IFS), inner child healing, spirituality, and somatic work, all underpinned by a feminist, trauma-informed, and attachment-based perspective.

Bethany Russell is dual-licensed in Colorado and Texas as a Professional Counselor and holds a National Board Certification from the National Board of Certified Counselors. She has specialized training in Internal Family Systems from the International IFS Institute. Academically, Bethany holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. She is also EMDR Level II trained. Beyond individual counseling, Bethany flexes her expertise as a consultant with Pacific Premier Group and serves as an in-house therapist and coach at Pacha House Denver. She passionately believes in the innate wholeness of every individual and is committed to helping clients rekindle this inherent wholeness by eradicating shame, fine-tuning intuition, and integrating parts for holistic healing.
