Welcome to Andrew Bryant's North Seattle Therapy & Counseling, PLLC, an established practice since 2012, situated in the heart of Washington. Our specialization lies in providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and couples, built around the philosophy that our past narratives do not define our present or future. Every individual is born with a "script," crafted part by our environment, family, culture, and self-craft. We believe in breaking free from these scripts to truly embrace and become the individuals we aspire to be.
Our practice believes in the power of communication and understanding within all relationships. We acknowledge that conflicts are an inherent part of relationships, and so our focus is not on eradicating them, but in teaching couples effective strategies to manage and grow through these conflicts. Simultaneously, we recognize the emotional upheavals in teenagers and offer them a safe space to express and cope with feelings of anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and empathy building. Furthermore, as climate change continues to impact our world, we extend our services to those grappling with anxiety, depression, and grief tied to these ecological issues. Lastly, with specific programs aimed at college students and young adults, we focus on emotional well-being and career satisfaction.
Behind our successful practice are professionals like Andrew, a reputed mental health therapist and counselor with an impressive background in social work and public health. He demonstrates a flair for working with adults, couples, and families. Alongside him, we have Dr. Clarice Wirkala, a proficient psychotherapist and developmental psychologist who primarily assists adolescents and provides essential parenting support. Together, we strive to help every individual grow, heal, and lead rewarding lives.
