Welcome to Amy Lynch Practice - a unique place where therapy takes on a fresh approach to healing and self-discovery. Based in Colorado, this practice is dedicated to fostering evolution and hope in your journey towards mental well-being. Here, we believe in the power of words ending in ‘ing’ as they signify ongoing processes, values we embody passionately – changing, growing, healing. Every day, we strive for the best, and we encourage our clients to do the same. Are you tired of the tiresome task of understanding yourself, your relationships, and your world? Don't fret. At Wild Open Joy, we perceive therapy as more than just a process, but an embodiment of power, belief, and hope for trauma healing and integration. We staunchly hold that mental health wellness is an inherent right for everyone and are here to help you assert that right.
Under the guidance of Amy Lynch, we offer trauma-conscious and trained psychotherapy and coaching, dedicated to helping you narrate and make sense of your life's story. Through this, you can heal not only yourself but also the generations that came before you. We break the tradition and integrate innovative tools such as somatics, nervous system regulation, and practical thought work into our therapy and coaching. Additionally, psycho-spiritual therapy, tarot guidance, and psychedelic-assisted therapy lend a helping hand in our unique healing journey. Our objective transcends therapy – it's to explore awareness, evaluate its implications on your well-being, and foster your ability to control your reactions to life events. We aim to evolve your existence from surviving to thriving, helping you establish boundaries and buffers for your personal wellbeing. We especially encourage individuals who are pushing their limits in this wild world but feel exhausted. Allow us to help refill your tank with resilience, safety, pleasure, connection, engagement, presence, and hope, even in the hardest of times.
At Amy Lynch Practice, we welcome misfits with open arms! Our clientele consist of a diverse group of neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ family members, spiritual individuals, creatives, high achievers, and many more. Among this beautiful mix are teachers, students, CFOs, attorneys, and other therapists. Together we explore wild healing and radical unlearning, shedding light on shards of incompleteness embedded in our nervous systems. We break free from the constraints of solemnity, allowing space for play, sacred rage, movement, or a heartfelt cry in the healing process. This is both our work and our passion, chipping away at the patterns imposed by complex trauma one day at a time. We are doing this for everyone – for our ancestors, our children, ourselves – because we honor the beauty in change and evolution. We invite you to be a part of our ever-evolving, hopeful community as we transform lives together.
