I offer both online sessions throughout California via a secure teletherapy platform and in-person sessions in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. Although I am not currently an in-network practitioner with insurance companies, I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. It's important that you confirm your coverage with your insurance provider before initiating therapy. The first step towards therapy is setting up an initial phone conversation with me. This 20-minute chat will help me understand your expectations from therapy and determine if I can assist you in fulfilling them. If it seems like a good fit, we can set up our first appointment. Through our sessions, we will explore your world - guided by your desires and concerns, enabling us to sculpt a therapy plan that is entirely suited to you and your needs. With a deep appreciation for the human experience in all its glorious complexity, your therapy will not be bound by societal norms or a one-size-fits-all approach.
